“The teacher education program has prepared me very well for my future as an educator. From real classroom observation to creating unit plans, the support from my professors and peers has been unmatched. Following graduation, I plan to accept a kindergarten or first grade teaching position in Kansas.

“One of the the best things about MC is the bond that you can form with your teammates, peers, and faculty. Everyone truly has your best interests in mind, and it is refreshing to be at a place that feels like family.

“Another great program at the college is the Student Debt Project. It has helped me learn so much about my finances. Being financially aware is so important and this organization truly teaches life skills you may not get elsewhere. And the Debt Project has helped me earn enough money to graduate debt free!”
